To get started, simply send us your files, along with details such as product type, size, and any other specifications, and we’ll provide a tailored quote based on your specific needs and project details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards via Stripe, and we also accept cash payments.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept PDF, JPEG, PNG, and TIFF files for print. For the best results, please submit PDF files with a resolution of 300 DPI.

What is the minimum order quantity for printing?

We offer low minimums on many products, making it easy for you to order exactly what you need. For bulk orders, we provide competitive pricing and discounts.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?

Yes! The more you print, the more you save. We offer bulk discounts on larger orders. Contact us for a personalized quote.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order enters production, changes or cancellations may not be possible. However, if you need to make adjustments, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Can you help me design my product?

Yes! We offer professional graphic design services to help you create the perfect design for your business. Whether it’s for business cards, signage, or other printed materials, our team is here to bring your ideas to life.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our standard turnaround time is 3–7 business days, depending on the product. Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery. Custom signage solutions are handled on a project-by-project basis, but typically take 3–4 weeks from the receipt of payment and signed approvals.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on most orders over $75 (before applicable taxes) within Canada through our PawPrints program. Shipping costs for smaller orders and quoted materials are calculated at the time of order.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress until it arrives.

What happens if my order is damaged during shipping?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will either replace the items or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
