2. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, and other secure payment methods.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered the production phase.
  • Custom orders require customer approval of proofs before production begins. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all details.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer nationwide shipping across Canada.
  • Free shipping applies to orders over $75 before tax.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the product and location. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
  • Bulldog Graffix is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Bulldog Graffix is not liable for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
  • If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your product.
  • We will only offer reprints or refunds if there is a defect caused by Bulldog Graffix. We do not offer refunds for customer errors (e.g., incorrect files, typos, or poor image quality).
  • Reprint requests must be accompanied by photos of the defective product.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, images, and content on our website are the property of Bulldog Graffix and cannot be used without permission.
  • Customers retain ownership of their submitted artwork but grant Bulldog Graffix a non-exclusive license to use, modify, and reproduce the design for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order containing copyrighted or trademarked material without proper authorization.

6. Custom Design & Artwork

  • Customers must provide high-resolution files for printing.
  • Bulldog Graffix is not responsible for poor print quality due to low-resolution or improperly formatted files provided by the customer.
  • If you request a design service, additional fees may apply.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any designs that are offensive, illegal, or violate third-party rights.

7. Web Hosting & Digital Services

  • Web hosting services provided by Bulldog Graffix are subject to separate terms and conditions.
  • We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or cyberattacks that may occur on hosted websites.
  • Customers are responsible for backing up their data and maintaining security on their websites.

8. Privacy Policy

  • We value your privacy and take data security seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we collect and use your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Bulldog Graffix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
