Production & Ordering Guidelines – Bulldog Graffix Coroplast Signs

H-Stands Compatibility

• Note: We do not sell H-Stands for 8mm Coroplast.

• Items marked H-Stand Compatible are manufactured with vertical flutes that support standard H-Stands.

• If the H-Stand Compatible option is not selected, signs may be produced with either vertical or horizontal flutes.

  • We cannot guarantee horizontal flutes.

  • If vertical flutes are required and not selected during ordering, please contact us before placing your order to confirm if this can be accommodated.

Directional Artwork Requirements

• For directional arrow signs, your artwork file must include two pages, with each arrow pointing in opposite directions.

• Do not rotate your artwork 90°.
  All files must be submitted in correct reading orientation, with the top of the design at the top of the file.

Grommet Placement Guidelines

• Real Estate Grommets:

  • Positioned 4 inches from both left and right edges

  • 1 inch from the top and/or bottom edge

• Corner Grommets:

  • Positioned 1 inch from all four edges

• Grommet Size:

  • Standard diameter is 0.75″

Size and Trimming Notice

• In rare cases, we may print at 99.4% of the original artwork size to allow for proper cut marks and finishing accuracy.

• Bleeds may be removed during final preparation to ensure clean and consistent trimming.
